Q: What do you do to offer competitive pricing?
A: NFR bids each job seperately. Every job we bid on will receive current pricing of all materials for that time frame, we do not use outdated
software programs to do this for us.
Due to the everchanging prices of materials, we get real time pricing and use that to bid your job. Once we submit a formal bid on your project,
our prices will not change unless scope of work changes have been made and agreed upon. Our crews also pay close attention avoiding waste
on jobs, by doing this we save the customer money, keep job sites cleaner, and reduce materials going to landfills.

Q: How long is your bid accurate after submitting it to me?
A: That will vary depending on the project. Material prices change very frequently . Most bids will be honored up to 30 days after submitting them.

Q: Are there any "green options" for building my deck?
A: Yes there are. Today we have many composite materials available for deck building. These products are just as good if not better than
conventional materials and are made from waste fibers from milling plants and mixed with high-density polyethylene and formed into boards
that bugs won't eat, doesn't warp or splinter, and requires no maintenance. There are also rail systems,posts and trim features available.

Q: Do "Green" options cost more?
A: Typically, a large project may see a 10-15% increase over conventional materials,but when you factor in the lifespan of the material,annual
upkeep and overall performance of conventional wood materials you will make the difference up in about 2 years. Going Green cost less today
than in the past because there’s more competition among manufacturers and pricing will continue to go down as more people use the products. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Q: Do you do work on small projects ?
A: Yes we do. Many of our small services are hourly based and includes items such as, squeeky stairs and floors, door and window adjustments,
wall repair and general home repairs. Our hourly rate is very competitive and based on a 2 hour min. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Q: I am trying to build my own deck, I am confused on the layout and stair building. Can you help me with this?
A: Yes we can. We will send out a qualified carpenter on an hourly basis to help you do this correctly. While helping out on your job, our carpenter
will be able to assist you in anything you need and will show up prepared with the tools necessary to do the job. There is a 2 hour min. charge and

Q: Do you have references I can speak with?
A: Yes. We will supply you with names and phone numbers of our past customers that have agreed to take calls for this purpose. We also have a

Q: Do I need to get a permit to do work on my house?
A: That will depend on what type of work you need to have done. Roofing,decks and remodeling all require a permit to be pulled through your city
office. We will draw up all needed plans and obtain the permit for you and also arrange for the proper inspections to take place.

Q: Do you only do work in the metro area?
A: No. While we mainy concentrate within 50 miles of Minneapolis we will also travel for out of area jobs

Q: What kind of warranty do I recieve
A: Along with the manufacturer's warranty on the materials, NFR offers a 5 year warranty on workmanship on all jobs we do.
